Membership is reserved for overseas recruitment agencies that meet the following criteria.
Valid RA License
Holds a current, valid Recruiting Agent license issued under applicable emigration regulations.
Karnataka or Goa Based
Registered office or principal place of business located within Karnataka or Goa.
Ethical Track Record
Demonstrated history of fair, transparent, and worker-first recruitment practice.
Worker Welfare Commitment
Willingness to uphold KAGARA's code of conduct on candidate welfare and fair fees.
